What You’ll Do:

• Process and reconcile daily settlement transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies or issues related to settlement activities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth settlement processes
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation in compliance with company policies
• Assist in optimising settlement procedures to improve operational efficiency

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies independently
• Prior experience in settlements, finance, or related administrative roles- essential
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Familiarity with settlement platforms or financial software

Hours of work: Full time, Monday- Friday
Work location: Fully office based with some flexibility on working from home once established in role
