Financial Accountant | South West | Agile working | 3 Months

Castlefield are working with a South West based housing association in order to recruit a Financial Accountant on a temporary basis (3 months initially).

You will play a pivotal role in the production and audit of the year-end financial statements and be the lead for the implementing previous audit recommendations. They have agile working in place with a preference for some on-site presence, but would consider fully remote working arrangements for the right candidate.

Role:

Delivering the preparation and delivery of the organisation’s external financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

· To effectively manage the production of monthly and annual reporting

· Producing statutory accounts and act as key liaison with external audit

· Preparing of monthly cash flow forecasts

· Managing the preparation and submission of tax returns

Person:

· CCAB/CIMA qualification is essential

· Experience within social housing would be preferred

· Availability to start immediately would be preferred
