Senior IT Support Analyst
This business delivers enterprise-grade software and cloud services that keep customers operational, secure, and future-ready.
They’re now strengthening their hosting and support capability with a senior IT support professional who enjoys solving complex problems and supporting others to do their best work.
Role Overview:
- Location: Bracknell/Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
- Package: £55,000- £65,000 per annum & benefits
- Industry: Enterprise software/cloud & hosted services
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing high-level technical support to hosted customers, handling complex issues from diagnosis through to resolution
- Deploying, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting virtual and cloud-based servers and environments
- Supporting both on-site and remote users with a calm, professional approach
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining systems, tools, and software across hosted platforms
- Working across teams and technologies to keep services running smoothly
- Logging, tracking, and managing incidents and requests through a ticketing system
- Mentoring junior team members and sharing technical knowledge
- Contributing to the improvement, documentation, and rollout of IT processes
Main Skills Needed:
- Strong experience in IT support within hosted or cloud environments
- Proven experience providing support to end customers, not internal users.
- Azure and networking experience (essential)
- Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Confident troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working as part of a collaborative IT team
- Ability to document work, incidents, and processes effectively
- Prior experience acting as the sole technical support contact is highly valued.
