Pay/rate: £130 - £200 per day - dependent on role

About the role

At term time teachers we are seeking an inspiring and creative Music Teacher as part of our growing agency to join a thriving Music Departments at a variety of schools in the Sevenoaks area. This is an exciting opportunity to ignite student's musical potential in a variety of amazing schools.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and assess work efficiently, providing children feedback to support their academic progress in the music department.
• Experience teaching music relating to the curriculum.
• Promote a love of music by encouraging creativity and musical exploration in students of all abilities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching History in UK secondary schools
• An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Hold the right to work in the UK
