Management Accountant in Farnborough - Marc Daniels

We are working with a well-established and rapidly growing organisation to recruit a Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst. This role offers the opportunity to join a high-calibre finance team within a business that is investing in its people, systems and processes.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in delivering timely, accurate and insightful financial information, supporting decision-making across the business and helping to maintain strong financial controls.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts and annual financial statements

• Business Partnering wider business to establish requirements for reporting packs

• Production of detailed monthly performance commentary against key KPIs

• Supporting the budgeting and reforecasting processes

• Acting as a finance partner to key stakeholders, providing FP&A support, analysis and reporting as required

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems

• Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic environment
