Key Responsibilities: - Posting and processing purchase and sales invoices
- Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Supporting month-end and year-end processes
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
- General administrative support for the finance department
Person Specification: - Previous experience in a similar accounts role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A positive and proactive approach to work
