We’re looking for an organised, proactive Sales Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting January 2026. This is an end-to-end role supporting the full sales cycle, perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and staying one step ahead.

The RoleAs Sales Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our sales operation, providing full administrative support from initial enquiry through to order completion and aftersales follow-up.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the full sales administration process end to end
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
Preparing quotes, contracts, and sales documentation
Liaising with customers, internal teams, and external partners
Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring data accuracy
Supporting the sales team with reporting, forecasts, and admin tasks
Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and deadlines
You’ll be highly organised, detail-driven, and confident juggling multiple priorities.
You’ll ideally have:
Previous experience in a sales admin or customer support role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
A proactive, can-do attitude (and a calm head when things get busy)
Salary of £25,000 per annum
Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract
