Our prestigious client is recruiting for a high levelled Executive Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. This position is a pivotal role within the organisation, supporting a dynamic and highly engaged CEO who oversees complex strategic, operational, and commercial priorities. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, operating with a high degree of autonomy, professionalism, and foresight. You will play a vital role in enhancing the CEO’s effectiveness by providing seamless administrative, strategic, and organisational support.

This is a hybrid position - 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Committee.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal/external appointments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, reports and presentations.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, information, and documentation with discretion.
  • Liaise professionally with stakeholders, clients ,and senior staff across departments.
  • Organise travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries for executive members.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient working environment.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships for London office.
  • Coordinate with IT and facilities teams for maintenance or operational needs.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Assist with internal communications and event coordination (e.g., meetings, staff functions).


  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership teams.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced or professional services environment.
  • Excellent academic results at school and university.
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English, German is a plus.
  • Responsibility, integrity and accountability.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Travel Perk, or similar tools.
