What you need:

• Prior experience in care, support work or similar.

• Familiarity with SEND needs and support.

• Ability to motivate and engage pupils through personalised strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong resilience and adaptability in handling challenging behaviours.

What you will be doing:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with a wide range of learning disabilities, including autism, ADHD and challenging behaviours.

• Work closely with teachers to boost learning and confidence in the classroom

• Support pupils with daily routines and learning, managing any disruptive behaviours with confidence and a compassionate approach
