A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Family Paralegal to join its respected Family Law team. The firm has a strong reputation across the North West for providing clear, compassionate, and practical advice to clients, handling a broad range of family matters with professionalism and care.

The Role
- As a Family Paralegal, you'll assist solicitors and partners across a varied caseload, including:
- Divorce and civil partnership dissolution
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Private law children matters
- Cohabitation and separation agreements
- Domestic abuse and injunction work
- General administrative and client care support
- You'll be expected to handle initial client enquiries, prepare court bundles, draft correspondence, and liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties.

The Person
- Minimum of 6-12 months' experience working as a Family Paralegal or Legal Assistant (private or public family law).
- A strong academic background (LLB, LPC, or SQE advantageous).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, discreet, and professional when handling sensitive matters.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in family law.
