IFA Administrator - Nottingham
Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 (rough guide - depending on experience) + company benefits
Hours: Full-time, office-based, Monday to Friday
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-established and highly regarded firm of Independent Financial Advisers based in Nottingham. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a friendly, professional team within a supportive and growing business.
The RoleWorking as part of a close-knit support team, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to a team of Financial Planners, ensuring clients receive a first-class service. You will be joining an experienced team consisting of 2 Paraplanners and 2 other Administrators, contributing to the efficient running of a busy advice practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing client packs, valuations, and reports ahead of client meetings
Processing new business applications and tracking progress through to completion
Liaising with product providers, clients, and colleagues to gather and update information
Maintaining accurate records on the back-office system
Supporting the Financial Planners with all aspects of client servicing and administration
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an IFA Administration role is essential
Solid understanding of financial planning processes and products (pensions, investments, protection, etc.)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with clients, providers, and team members
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally experienced with an IFA back-office system
Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience (approximately £25,000 - £33,000)
