Factory Operative Vacancy:

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our clients production team as a Factory Operative. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. Full training is provided, and there are opportunities for career progression.

• Working hours are: Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday/ 7:30am-12:30pm Friday
• Pay rate: £12.21 per hour
• Contract: Temporary to Permanent

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is an advantage but not essential.
• Full driving license and own car due to location
