Are you a CAD Design Engineer with experience in AutoCAD 2D/3D or Inventor, looking to join a growing manufacturer that builds some of the largest industrial ovens and furnaces in the UK - supplying to world-leading names in the aerospace sector, including Rolls-Royce?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established fabrication company with around 35 employees, who are expanding due to continued growth and new projects across multiple industries worldwide. You'll be part of a tight-knit design team, turning engineering concepts into fully detailed technical drawings that guide fabrication and assembly on the workshop floor.

You'll work on the design of large-scale industrial ovens, furnaces, and related handling systems - from metal frameworks to conveyor loading mechanisms - liaising with workshop fabricators to ensure your designs are practical and ready for manufacture.

This role would suit an experienced CAD Designer or Design Engineer with a background in structural steel design or machinery fabrication, looking to progress into a senior design position within a stable, supportive business offering flexibility and long-term security.

The Role:

• Designing Industrial Furnaces and Ovens
• Design large-scale metal structures, including frames, doors, and loading systems
• Use AutoCAD 2D/3D and Autodesk Inventor for all design work
• 38-hour week with flexitime working hours
• Based in Stoke-on-Trent

The Person:

• Skilled in AutoCAD 2D/3D and Inventor
• Strong understanding of structural steel design and fabrication
