Financial Controller in Solihull - Mitchell Adam

The Role
As Finance Controller for EMEA, you will:

• Oversee regional financial operations, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and internal controls.
• Lead the consolidation and reporting of EMEA financial results, providing insight to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with manufacturing sites and operational leaders to drive efficiency, margin improvement, and cost control.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple entities.
• Support the implementation of group-wide systems and process improvements.
• Act as a key liaison between the global finance team and EMEA leadership.

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of multi-entity, multi-currency reporting across EMEA.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to balance operational and strategic finance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
