Accounts Assistant in Solihull - Mitchell Adam

We're looking for an Accounts Assistant to a growing and dynamic logistics business based in Solihull. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your finance career within a collaborative, supportive team that values accuracy, initiative, and a positive attitude.

As an Accounts Assistant, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of the business, from managing ledgers to supporting month-end processes. Responsibilities will include preparing and reconciling accounts, assisting with payroll and overseeing purchase ledger processes. You'll get involved in every corner of finance, gaining valuable experience that will help you become a well-rounded finance professional.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in a fast-paced finance environment, ideally with exposure to both sales and purchase ledgers.
• Ideally either studied or are currently studying your AATs, with the want to continuously progress within a role and company.
• The ability to work both as a team and individually, with a 'not afraid to get stuck in' mentality.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments and with external partners.
