In this position, you'll take full ownership of the monthly management accounts and play a key role in producing insightful analysis to support strategic decisions. You'll prepare budgets and forecasts, analyse variances, and deliver meaningful commentary around sales performance, margin, and cost control. Beyond the numbers, you'll collaborate with operational and commercial teams across multiple sites, translating financial data into actionable insight that drives performance.

Skills Needed

• Part-qualified or finalist-level CIMA/ACCA (or QBE with strong commercial acumen).
• Proven experience preparing management accounts and supporting forecasting and budgeting cycles.
• Confident communicator who can challenge and influence non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with a proactive mindset to improve processes.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar product-based business is highly desirable.
