About the Role

This role supports teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2, helping pupils remain engaged, confident, and well supported throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with lessons, interventions, and group work
• Support learning across the primary curriculum
• Maintain positive classroom routines
• Work collaboratively with teachers and SEND teams
• Contribute to pupil progress and engagement

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of relevant UK education experience
• Understanding of primary curriculum expectations
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Relevant CPD is desirable
• Confident supporting varied abilities
