We're supporting a leadingfirm in their search for a talented Audit Semi Senior to join their expanding Audit & Assurance team in Crawley.

The Audit Semi Senior Opportunity in Crawley

The firm is experiencing significant growth and have a modern, flexible workspace designed for collaboration and innovation.

Working closely with Audit Managers and Partners, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality audits, supervising junior team members, and managing assignments from planning through to completion. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of sectors, helping clients navigate their financial, regulatory, and operational challenges.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and complete audit assignments from planning to completion under UK GAAP and ISA standards

  • Supervise, coach, and review the work of junior team members

  • Prepare and review financial statements and management accounts

  • Develop strong relationships with clients across a variety of sectors

  • Use the latest audit technology to deliver efficient, quality-focused service

  • Collaborate closely with the wider team across audit, tax, and advisory functions

What We're Looking For
  • Part-qualified ACA or ACCA (or AAT qualified and studying towards ACA/ACCA)

  • At least 18 months' experience in external audit within a UK accountancy practice

  • Experience leading audits and preparing accounts under UK GAAP

  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills; knowledge of Caseware is beneficial

  • Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
