Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage a portfolio of audit engagements
Lead and review audit assignments to ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards
Supervise and support junior members of the audit team
Prepare statutory accounts for limited companies
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor job progress, budgets, and billing targets
Ensure work is completed to a consistently high standard within agreed timeframes
Utilise accounting software including IRIS, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as required
Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA), or newly qualified, with a minimum of three years' experience in a practice environment
Comprehensive knowledge of UK audit regulations and accounting standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
Strong commercial awareness and professional judgement
Full UK driving licence
Salary: £36,000-£38,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience
