Warrington | £400-£500/day | 3-6-month assignment

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for an Interim Working Capital Analyst for a PE-backed business near Warrington as they pivot away from driving revenue growth, to getting more efficiency's within the business, specifically in relation to cash flow.

The brief is clear:

They need someone who can get under the skin of the numbers, understand the levers of cash, and drive tangible improvements. Not just reporting on what's happened but influencing what happens next.

You'll be working closely with the CFO and wider finance team to:

• Analyse and forecast cash flow
• Identify opportunities to release working capital
• Implement process improvements across the cash cycle
• Support decision-making with clear, commercial insight

You'll likely be:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• A seasoned interim who's comfortable hitting the ground running
• From an FP&A or commercial finance background
• Someone who's made a real impact on cash flow in a previous assignment

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.

Rate: £400-£500/day
