As an IT Account Manager, you’ll be the key link between the company and its clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with top-tier solutions. You'll nurture existing relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored IT services.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service.
• Visit client sites across Sheffield and surrounding areas.
• Provide expert advice and IT solutions tailored to client needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver seamless support.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and new business.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in IT sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of IT solutions, including hardware, software, and systems.
• A full UK driving license (essential for client visits).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
