German Speaking Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £26,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
Location: Sheffield
I’m recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a well-established, highly respected business within a desirable industry, based in Sheffield. They’re looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Administrator to support their German B2B customers and sales team.
In this role, you’ll handle sales order processing, provide day-to-day customer support, and work closely with the German Sales Representatives to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Supporting German customers with queries, stock updates, pricing and product information
• Liaising with German Sales Reps to ensure seamless communication
• Managing returns, credits and general customer service admin
• Building strong relationships with B2B customers
What they’re looking for:
• Fluent German (spoken and written)
• Strong administration or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• A proactive and customer-focused approach
