Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and VAT returns
  • Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior team members
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal processes
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting partners with advisory and project work
Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified (QBE also considered)
  • Strong technical knowledge across accounts and compliance
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively
  • Confident in leading teams and supporting junior staff
