Your new role:
As an R&D Tax Manager, you'll take full ownership of R&D Tax Relief claims from start to finish, working closely with a highly experienced team of accountants and tax advisors.
You'll manage a varied portfolio, produce detailed technical reports, and ensure claims are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with evolving legislation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants autonomy, influence, and a clear progression pathway within an expanding department.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading R&D Tax Relief claims from initiation through to completion
• Managing and overseeing a diverse client portfolio
• Producing detailed, technically strong R&D Tax Reports
• Providing accurate costings and financial breakdowns for claims
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all technical aspects of R&D legislation

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years' experience managing R&D Tax Relief claims
• Strong technical expertise across all aspects of R&D legislation
• Excellent relationship-building skills and client rapport
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• Tech-savvy working style and confidence handling complex data
