Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead audit engagements from planning through to completion
  • Oversee a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to audit teams
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service delivery
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the audit function
  • Collaborate with Partners on business development and client growth opportunities
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience managing audit assignments and teams within practice
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards
  • Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
