Are you an H&S Manager or similar from a Construction background looking to be the go-to person for all H&S work within a well-established group of companies who are seeing major growth with a full order book going forward, providing the opportunity to work on varied projects and to continually progress to senior roles?

This well-established group of Construction companies work on projects for primarily residential clients in addition to some commercial clients. They are moving from strength-to-strength as they are undergoing a period of exciting growth, due to which they are looking for a new H&S Manager to join their team.

In this autonomous role, you will be the go-to person for H&S work within the business. You will work closely with the senior leadership team, other stakeholders and key suppliers as you attend site to ensure compliance and processes are followed. You will carry out audits, inspections and site coordination meetings, primarily in the South West in addition to some further travel as required.

This position would suit a H&S Manager from a Construction background looking for an autonomous role within a well-established company offering the chance to be the go-to person for H&S processes in the business and to continually progress your career.

The Role:
* Carry out risk assessments, quality checks and site inspections
* Liaise with senior leadership, clients and external H&S providers
* Monitor safety of work force, undertake audits and ensure compliance
* Work on a range of residential and construction sites/projects
