I am currently working with a fast-growing fresh produce business revolutionising how food is grown.

The Role

I am looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking Production Manager to lead a growing operations team of around 20 people. This isn't just about hitting targets, it's about shaping a positive culture, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring our production lines deliver excellence, every single day.

You'll be central to their operations, supporting Farm Operators and Growing Assistants, executing the production plan, and working cross-functionally to deliver quality, safety, and performance goals.

The shift times for this role is currently Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 14:00 eventually turning into 4 on 4 off when production begins to ramp up.

About You

• At least 5 years' leadership experience in a high-performing, automated production or processing environment

• A strong background in shift management, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement
• The ability to motivate and inspire teams, creating a strong, collaborative culture
• Experience with quality and compliance standards (e.g. HACCP, GMP, ISO)

• A passion for working in a start-up environment and helping to scale fast

• Having high care expereince is a massive advantage for this role
