Financial Planning Assistant/Trainee Paraplanner in Sheffield - CB3 Associates Ltd

The Company: An extremely well-respected, client-centric wealth management firm based in Sheffield looking to add a Financial Planning Assistant, and ultimately a developing Paraplanner to their adviser support team. Ideally this will be an experienced Administrator who is progressing with their Diploma qualifications and is keen to take on more complex paraplanning work:

• Office Location: Sheffield
• Working Setup: Office-based

Package: £30-32k base DOE + annual bonus & full company benefits

• Holidays: 23 days holiday + stats

The Role: A hybrid orientated role working across administration support, client relationship management and product research/suitability report writing on the paraplanning side:

• New/existing business processing
• Preparing client review pack for client meetings
• Obtaining quotations/valuations
• Dealing with product providers and managing relationships accordingly
• Managing client relationships and being the first point of contact for technical queries as required
• Database management
• Assistance with client business development and marketing materials
• Product research
• Paraplanning and suitability report compilation

The Person: Must come from an IFA/wealth management background and have exposure to supporting IFA’s/financial planners across the breadth of private wealth focused financial advice. Do you hold:

• 2 years + experience in an Adviser Support role?
• Exposure to private wealth investments, pensions and protection casework?
• Investments and pensions biased client caseload exposure?
