Are you a Quality Manager who resides on or will relocate to the Isle of Wight, looking for a long-term, stable, Monday to Friday role where you will be responsible for managing the QMS and auditing within a large precision engineering company?

Do you want to work for a nationally recognised and highly reputable business, who truly look after their employees?

In this role you will be running the QMS within the business, in a role that balances both office-based work with hands-on-related problem solving. This will also entail managing a team of 6 quality professionals and auditing to ISO 9001 standards.

Founded over 50 years ago, this precision engineering company specialise in producing precision milled and turned parts across the globe, with ambitions to keep their 100+ team growing and developing.

This role will suit a Quality Manager or similar either from the Isle of Wight or looking to relocate there, who wants a senior role within a long-standing and secure company where they can settle for the future.

• Running the quality management systems within the business
• Hands on problem solving on the shop floor
• Leading audits to ISO 9001 standards
• Overseeing a team of 6 quality professionals
