Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of the audit team
  • Liaise directly with clients, ensuring strong professional relationships are maintained
  • Review work prepared by junior staff and provide constructive feedback
  • Assist with other assurance and advisory projects as required
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
  • At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of UK accounting and auditing standards
  • A proactive and professional approach to client management
