Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors
  • Reviewing financial statements, management accounts, and VAT returns
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Liaising directly with clients to provide proactive business and tax advice
  • Assisting with workflow planning and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Working closely with Partners and Managers to deliver a high-quality service
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA Qualified (desirable)
  • At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax compliance
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and supervise a small team
