Technical Sales Advisor -Sheffield- Pipe and Climate Centre

As a TechnicalSales Advisor based in our Sheffield branch, you’ll be responsible for:  

• Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.

• Process sales and make proactive sales calls.

• Provide sales and expert advice from a technical view.

• Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries, and merchandising displays to a high standard.

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 with 1hrs break. No weekend work required.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Technical knowledge on Pipe products or merchant experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

• Proven experience in sales or customer service role.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions.

• Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic.

• Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
