Location: Sheffield HQ

Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (with the occasional Saturday shift)

Reporting to: Service Delivery Team Leader

We’re on the lookout for 4 enthusiastic Service Delivery Temps to join our friendly team at Vivedia HQ in Sheffield!

As part of our dynamic Service Delivery team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients get the best possible service — every single time. No two days are the same, and you’ll get to flex a variety of skills throughout your day (not literally running around the office — but you’ll be moving between tasks and systems like a pro!).

• Delivering first-class customer service — whether over the phone or via email
• Using your computer skills to keep things organised and efficient
• Communicating clearly and confidently with customers and colleagues alike
• Adapting quickly to new challenges and tasks in our fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Maintaining exceptional attention to detail while keeping up your high-quality work

You’ll be perfect for this role if you have:

Strong customer service experience (face-to-face or over the phone)

Solid PC skills — you know your way around modern systems and software

Excellent communication — you’re clear, friendly, and professional
