Head Concierge in London - Abbatt Property Recruitment

Salary: £34,000 - £36,500 per annum

Location: Kensington

Working hours: 40 hour week - 5 days out of 7

Job role profile:

My client are seeking a highly experienced and service-driven Head Concierge to oversee the daily supervision and coordination of Front of House operations. The successful candidate will lead the Front Desk Team in delivering seamless, 5-star deluxe hospitality in line with the highest of standards. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task in response to the evolving needs of our Residents and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Front Desk Team
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks
• Conduct interviews
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager
• Providing ongoing training to enhance the team's skills in guest service, local knowledge, and specific tasks.
• Providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and addressing any issues within the team

• Ensuring each resident receives a tailored experience based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Managing the concierge department's budget and resources.

Working Hours:

• As per monthly schedule, 40 hours a week, over 5 working days, day shifts varying as per business needs, including some early and late shifts on some weeks as well as weekend duty management days shifts on rotation on some weeks.
• Early shift - 9:00am - 17:30pm
• Late shift - 13:00pm - 20:00pm
