They are looking for a Heat Interface Unit (HIU) Engineer to work across Aftercare functions of the business. The ideal candidate will have the ability to service, commission and maintain a range of Heat Interface Units (HIUs).

Job Description
- HIU commissioning, servicing and repair and fault finding.
- Installation, commissioning, ad hoc repair and servicing of mechanical ventilation and heat recovery systems.
- Smart metering and pay as you go (PAYG) commissioning and ad hoc repairs.
- Communicating professionally and courteously with clients and delivering a first in class service.
- Generating accurate and timely site reports within our CRM system.
- Participating in manufacturer and in-house CPD training to achieve the industry recognised qualifications required to carry out the role to the highest standards.
HIU Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Knowledge of heat networks and previous experience of HIU commissioning, servicing, repair, and fault finding would be desirable.
- A technical aptitude, with an interest in low carbon technologies.
- Good MS Office skills and experience of inputting and updating information in a CRM database is required.
- A relevant and valid CSCS card.
- Full UK driving licence.
- DBS Checked.
