L&D Talent Manager
The Role
A Talent Manager who can combine recruitment expertise with a passion for Learning & Development (L&D). This is a pivotal role in shaping our approach to talent acquisition and professional development.
You'll lead end-to-end recruitment (around 10 hires annually), while driving proactive talent strategies and supporting the creation and delivery of our first L&D strategy. From onboarding and e-learning to designing training plans and implementing an ATS, you'll help us build a future-focused HR function.
