Employment Tax Manager in London - Morgan McKinley

A leading Employment Tax team is recruiting for an Employment Tax Manager offering flexible/agile working of 2 days per week in the office in London

The Employment Tax team advise clients in the public and private sector on employment tax, CIS, reward and benefits, CJRS, employment status, NMW and payroll compliance issues.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading delivery of employment tax advice to clients
• Proactively winning work with the team by managing existing clients and spotting new opportunities
• Actively involved in business development and marketing initiatives
• Managing complex projects and leading respective teams
• Utilise your experience in Employment Tax and Reward compliance and advisory
• Coaching and developing junior staff, and reviewing work

Your experience: ATT, CTA or ACA qualified with demonstrable experience as a Manager in Employment Tax. A confident communicator who is keen to build lasting internal and external relationships, who is also commercially astute and risk aware.
