Finance Administrator (AAT Apprenticeship Opportunity)
?? Location: Leith, hybrid (1 day minimum in office)
?? Salary: £23-24k + full AAT training support

Are you starting out in finance and keen to learn while you earn?
We're looking for a motivated Finance Administrator to join our friendly, growing team - with a clear pathway to complete your AAT qualification through an apprenticeship.

This is a great opportunity if you're organised, detail-focused, and want to build a solid foundation in finance and accounting.

• Supporting day-to-day finance operations - from processing invoices to reconciling accounts

• Assisting with month-end reporting and data entry

• Helping to maintain accurate financial records and internal systems

• Liaising with colleagues, suppliers, and customers on finance queries

• Getting hands-on experience across bookkeeping, budgeting, and payroll

• A genuine interest in a career in finance or accounting

• Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills

• Confident using Excel and picking up new systems

• Great communication skills and a proactive approach

• No prior finance experience needed - just the right attitude and willingness to learn!

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
