Responsibilities :- Reporting directly to the Global CFO. Partnering in the implementation of product strategy whilst advising on financial performance and profitability. Conduct in depth analysis of client and product segmentation, make recommendations and identify new opportunities to increase and maximise revenue. Formulate new strategies with product partners / treasury and CEO. Partner with business and finance teams to evaluate financial performance. Assist senior management in the production of monthly and annual presentation packages to deliver insights on business performance. Compile and analyze monthly reporting to include business metrics, results and P&L variances against projections

Prerequisites for role:

12 years+ post-qualified experience within a fintech / digi bank and a strong preference for experience within a crypto environment with strong financial planning and analysis. Have extensive demonstrated financial modelling experience. Report on and monitor cash flow and have a strong BI aptitude analysing complex sets of data

You will be someone who loves creative problem solving and is comfortable challenging the status quo and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Qualified accountant or CFA / MBA preferred
