My client is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their London headquarters, offering you the chance to be part of a rapidly expanding brand that places community, creativity, and connection at the heart of everything they do. This role presents an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to the smooth running of financial operations across multiple sites, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting a knowledgeable finance team. With a competitive salary range of £30,000-£32,000 + benefits. This role is 5-days a week in office.

Responsibilities:

* Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable with precision to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.

* Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly to maintain transparency and reliability in financial reporting.

* Maintain and update ledgers as well as comprehensive financial records for multiple sites across the organisation.

* Assist with payroll processing, staff expenses management, and preparation of detailed financial reports for internal review.

* Support both monthly and annual financial processes by collaborating closely with the finance team to meet key deadlines.

* Liaise effectively with internal teams, auditors, and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and cooperation.

* Ensure strict compliance with all established financial policies and procedures to uphold regulatory standards.

* Contribute to process improvements by identifying areas for greater efficiency within financial operations.

* Provide dependable administrative support during audits or reviews conducted by external parties.

* Participate actively in cross-functional projects that require input from the finance department.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Available to start within two weeks so you can quickly become an essential part of the finance team.

* Previous experience as a Finance Administrator or Assistant ideally gained within a fast-growing company where adaptability was key.

* Proficiency in Xero accounting software combined with strong Excel skills for effective data management and analysis.

* Exceptional attention to detail paired with excellent organisational abilities that enable you to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* Confident communicator who collaborates well with others across departments and external partners alike.

* AAT qualification or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA status demonstrating your commitment to professional development.

* Ability to work dependably under pressure while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

* Enthusiastic approach towards learning new systems or processes as required by evolving business needs.
