Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts including variance analysis and commentary
- Preparing accurate financial reports
- Monitoring cash flow
- Leading annual budget process
- Preparing rolling forecasts
- Providing financial insights to support decision making
- Acting as business partner to various heads of department
- Coaching and developing wider finance team
- Ad hoc tasks as required
The candidate:
- Qualified accountant ideally practice trained
- Broad accounting experience
- Previous FC experience gained in a Professional Services business
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage a small finance team
- Advanced IT skills
