As the VAT Transformation Project Lead you will play a pivotal role in shaping and streamlining VAT processes across multiple European legal entities. You'll collaborate closely with finance, tax, and systems teams to ensure smooth integration into the new ERP system and deliver consistency, compliance, and efficiency across the region.

Your key responsibilities will include assessing current VAT processes across multiple entities and identify opportunities for improvement, designing and implementing efficient, standardised VAT processes to support ERP integration. Acting as a key liaison between finance, tax, and IT teams, ensuring compliance and alignment across countries and more.

Ideally, you will:

• Be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or strong practical experience.
• Have a minimum 3 years' experience in VAT compliance and reporting across multiple EMEA countries.
• Have a proven track record in finance transformation or ERP implementation projects.
• Work with a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
