Job Description

My Client are a well established multi-disciplined Building Services provider renowned for offering a high-quality service whilst maintaining principles of Quality, Value, Collaboration and Partnership. The company undertakes the full spectrum of Building Services and Engineering Projects up to £1m in value for both the public and private sectors acting as either Principal Contractor or subcontractor. They are looking for a HSEQ Manager to join their business on a part-time basis.

As HSEQ Manager you will be involved in the following:

SHE Management Systems Development and Implementation

Regularly review and update SHE management systems to align with evolving legal and industry requirements.
Engage stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of systems into existing workflows. Regulatory Compliance and Policy Translation

Stay informed about new legislation and regulations to anticipate impacts on the business.
Translate legal requirements into actionable policies and procedures, ensuring they are understandable at all organizational levels. Advisory Role on Legislation and Best Practices

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) by providing insights into current and future SHE legislation.
Equip the business with the necessary tools and resources for decision-making.
Promote awareness and training programs to integrate SHE best practices across teams. Safety Culture Improvement

Collaborate with directors to design and implement programs focusing on human factors and behavioral safety.
Conduct workshops and training to foster a safety-first mindset among employees.
Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the program's success and identify areas for improvement. ISO Certifications Management

Ensure SHE management systems meet and maintain ISO45001, ISO14001, and ISO9001 standards.
Prepare for external audits by conducting regular internal audits and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
