Salary: £22-28k Base + Generous Commission (OTE £50,000/year)
Type: Full-Time

We're a growing Body Transformation Gym that helps clients achieve their weight loss goals, build confidence, and embrace a healthy lifestyle. Our strong sense of community sets us apart, with monthly social events like brunches, drinks, and walks that keep our members engaged beyond the gym.

As a Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach as we work toward opening five new sites. You'll join a team of highly dedicated individuals who value hard work, camaraderie and personal growth.

What You'll Do:

* Face-to-Face Consultations: Meet potential clients in Nottingham to understand their emotional and logical needs and guide them through the decision-making process.
* Arrange Show Rounds: Showcase our state-of-the-art facilities, highlighting how we can meet client goals.
* Lead Management: Actively nurture prospects in the CRM system, schedule consultations, and keep all records accurate and up-to-date.
* Sales Conversions: Achieve a 50% consultation-to-sales conversion rate, hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
