Infrastructure, Energy & Renewables Projects

A leading company in the infrastructure, energy, and renewables sectors is seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to join their team in Chester. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage town planning applications for infrastructure, energy, and renewables projects
Provide expert advice on planning policy, regulations, and development strategies
Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful project outcomes
Prepare and submit planning applications, reports, and environmental assessments
Supervise junior team members and provide guidance on planning processesRequirements:

Degree in Town Planning or a related field
MRTPI chartered status (or working towards it)
Significant experience in town planning, particularly in infrastructure, energy, and renewables sectors
Strong project management skills and experience in delivering complex planning applications
