What the job will be doing

* Provide technical expertise in the delivery of the positive property management service and ensure maintenance service

* Technical support and line management of day to day repairs and voids team ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer focus

* Ensure job opportunities for resident participation in management and decision making of the services being delivered

* To specify works and record finding for day to day repairs and voids

What you will need

* Experience in building management for social housing, construction or property sector
