Role Overview:

Provide 1st line desktop and network support to users and systems.
Provide 1st line application support and troubleshooting including LAN / WAN and wireless.
Prioritise tickets logged according to impact/urgency.
Escalate incident tickets via the correct channels when required.
Maintain Service management, logging of all incidents, service requests and changes within the system and ensuring they are kept up to date.

What You Would Bring:

Previous experience working in an IT service desk environment.
Clear and confident communication skills.
Passion for IT and willingness to learn and develop.
