Job Description

Job Title: Private Client Paralegal to Solicitor
Salary: £25K - £50K DOE
Location: Weston Super Mare. Hybrid (Fee Earners & Solicitors)
Hours: Full time

Duties:
The firm are looking for a Paralegal and/or Fee earner or Solicitor. Duties will vary dependant on the level you join.

* Assist Fee Earners and Solicitors in Private Client Matters including Wills, Trusts LPA, COP, Trusts and estate of administration as well as handling your own smaller caseload of varied files which will increase over time.
* Proactive business development when required to aid the growth and development of the department. Although there is lots of work already so this will not be a huge part of your days.
* Conduct legal research and prepare documentation
* Assist with client meetings and communications
* Manage administrative tasks related to client files
* Collaborate with solicitors to ensure smooth case progression
* Provide exceptional service to valued clients
* Updating case management systems
* Liaising with clients and third parties.

Experience required
* This is not an entry level position you must have at least 2 year experience as a Paralegal within Private Client.
* The ideal applicant will be an experienced Fee Earner or Solicitor.
* Experience in Wills, Trusts LPA, COP, Trusts and estate of administration etc.
* Strong communication skills verbal and written.
