Plumber / Multi-Trade in Oxford - CV-Library

Our client, a leading building maintenance contractor working with a reputable housing association is currently seeking a multi trade on a temporary - permanent basis to carry out reactive maintenance and remedial work in domestic properties across the Oxfordshire area.

£45,000 per annum temp-perm or self employed options available.

Duties will include :-

Attending to and resolving maintenance issues within mainly domestic properties while providing a high level of customer service.

Requirements for the role :

-Some electrical knowledge
-Multi-trade skills such as basic carpentry, tiling, painting, plastering.
-PPE
-Own tools
-Must be able to provide at least one work related reference.

42.5 hours per week Monday - Friday

Full - time temp - permanent position. £45,000 per annum with van and fuel card.
