Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Optimisation: Lead the strategic management and enhancement of our client's asset portfolio, ensuring sustained productivity and long-term value creation.
Transaction Oversight: Manage all aspects of property transactions, including branch sales, relocations, and lease terminations, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
Financial and Profitability Analysis: Conduct detailed real estate assessments to drive decision-making and enhance portfolio performance.
Contract Negotiation and Legal Compliance: Negotiate, draft, and finalise property sales, rental agreements, and other contractual obligations in alignment with strategic goals.
Reporting and Strategic Alignment: Provide structured, transparent reporting to support decision-making and ensure all asset management activities meet regulatory and client expectations.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background: Master's degree in engineering, economics, law, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in real estate asset management, with solid knowledge of the Wallonia and Brussels markets and regulatory frameworks.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of building technicalities and proficiency in MS Office.
Languages: Native/Fluent proficiency in French, with strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
